From in-house private money sources, - to access to family office funds that aim to fund large projects to 100% LTC - and everything in between, we also have funding options from banks, life companies, CMBS conduits and more. This diversification allows us to be creative in our financing approach and increase the odds of closing your loan - while saving you valuable time and money - since you won't have to pay another application fee and start the entire process over if the chosen lender can't do your loan for some reason. If feasible, we will repackage your loan and submit it to another lender for financing. Yes, it pays to have options!

No Cost Upfront Loan Analysis

You won't have to pay an upfront fee to get started! It costs you nothing to run a deal by us. Most major brokerage shops charge a fee to put together a loan package to take your deal to the marketplace. Those brokerage shops can charge fees that range from $5,000 to $25,000+ - and are typically non-refundable even if your loan can't be placed. Unlike those shops, if we realize your deal is fundable, we package your loan at no cost. This adds up to major savings for you!

Refundable Application Fees

Your application fees are refundable if your loan is denied by the lender during their processing and underwriting examination and/or if it is determined your loan can't be placed with another lender (except in the case of fraud or misrepresentation). As stated, we don't charge upfront fees to review your deal, however once we find a lender for your loan, the application fee is due and payable.  (This does not include the lender's fees)
